Job summary

Lanes Group is a leading UK infrastructure delivery partner delivering essential drainage services. The role involves outdoor work, 4 days on 4 days off, and requires flexible hours with an on‑call rota.

Full training, PPE and company equipment are provided to ensure high safety and performance standards. You will service residential sites, diagnose issues, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining H&S compliance and working closely with Thames Water.

Qualifications

• Delivering and maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Adhering to health, safety and wellbeing policies at all times.
• Ability to work unsupervised in various weather conditions with proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Travel to residential sites by HGV to perform high-pressure jetting for drainage restoration.
• Clean, clear and maintain drainage systems.
• Record job reports using specialist equipment and software.
• Run diagnostics and carry out repairs on drains.
• Maintain health and safety practices on site.
• Stock vehicle with required tools and parts and replenish as needed.
• Communicate progress with client (Thames Water).
• Conduct risk assessments and inspect tools and equipment before/after use.
