Job summary

Waythrough is seeking a Waking night Recovery worker for Willow House in Coppull. The role covers night-time shifts on a rota basis, providing compassionate, person-centred support to people experiencing mental health crises, while maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

Permanent contract with 37 hours per week and salary between £25,877.80 and £30,868.31 per annum. Benefits include pension, life assurance, and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred support to people in mental health crisis.
• Support individuals to maintain independence and recovery goals.
• Provide practical and emotional support during night shifts.
• Maintain a safe, calm environment at Sycamore House.
• Monitor wellbeing and respond to changes in risk.
• Maintain confidential case notes and handovers.
• Follow safeguarding and risk management procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and professionals for consistent support.
