Job summary

UK Addiction Treatment Centres at Oasis Runcorn is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to provide high-quality support to residents during night hours.

You will work 19:30–08:00, 43.75 hours weekly, helping with intake, risk management, medication prompting, and recovery planning, in a compassionate, confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing support to clients in a recovery setting.
• Ability to work to shift patterns and nights.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, assessment, and discharge when appropriate.
• Support the therapeutic team with risk management planning.
• Ensure clients follow the programme rules and support actions for breaches.
• Maintain accurate client records and statistics.
• Assist with medication prompts and audits.
• Help clients develop recovery plans and attend external appointments.
