Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting for a Concierge on permanent basis to join a leading 5-star Kensington development. You will be part of the on-site building management team delivering exceptional front-of-house service to residents and visitors.

The role offers full training, opportunities for progression, and a generous starting salary of £25k–£27k with 28 days’ holiday and an annual bonus. You’ll work 2 days on, 2 days off, with rota planned in advance to help balance your time.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, concierge or security is beneficial.
• Customer-focused and approachable.
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly.

• Welcoming guests, residents, contractors to the site
• Daily site inspections
• Providing excellent customer service

Our leading luxury property management client has an exciting opportunity for a concierge to work at there 5 star development in Kensington on a permanent basis. Working as part of the on site building management team, you will play a key role in making sure the building runs smoothly

Experience needed:

• Previous experience within hospitality, concierge or security would be beneficial

• Able to work nights on any night of the week
