A Night Coach at SuperCare provides safety and reassurance when the world is quiet. The children in this home are highly active during the day, but night-time can still bring challenges - sometimes difficulty settling, sometimes waking unsettled or distressed. Your role is to provide calm consistency, making sure they feel safe and supported through the night.
Nights require vigilance as well as compassion. You'll handle routines like hygiene prompting or medication, respond if behaviours escal

What You'll Do
Your nights will be spent ensuring the children remain safe, cared for, and supported, while keeping the home calm and consistent.
