Looking for your next step in residential childcare, where you can take on more responsibility, develop your leadership skills and make a real difference to young people's lives?
Work at our children's home, rated "Good" by Ofsted, while building your career within children's residential care.
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll combine direct care with additional responsibility for helping the wider team deliver safe, consistent and high-quality support.
The home supports young people with high and complex support needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, OCD, Pica, communication difficulties and behaviours that can challenge.

You may also support young people who are non-verbal or low-verbal, using methods such as PECS, Makaton, AAC, behaviour and body language to communicate.
The role is active and can involve sensory activities, movement-based activities, outdoor activities and periods of significant dysregulation.
Alongside providing direct support, you'll be expected to lead by example, support less experienced staff and help maintain high standards across the shift.
