Job summary

ABM Facility Services UK is recruiting a full-time Cleaning/Waste Operative at a high-profile shopping centre in Brighton. You will work as part of a team in a busy environment, handling waste and providing janitorial services across welfare areas and production spaces.

We offer training, PPE, and a supportive team, with 40-hour weeks and a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern. Candidates must be physically fit, reliable, and proactive, with a commitment to health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial and waste removal in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to follow health and safety policies and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Carry out janitorial and waste removal duties in a Shopping Centre environment.
• Operate scrubber-dryer and other cleaning equipment.
• Maintain equipment and report spills or callouts to the client.
• Provide cleaning in welfare areas, such as washrooms and break rooms.
