Job Title: Night Porter, Hotel du Vin Rate of pay / Hours: £13.01 per hour plus TRONC (service charge), £ OTE
Contract Type: Permanent, full time working nights
Location: Hotel du Vin, Wimbledon

Working as a Night Cleaner at Hotel Du Vin, Wimbledon you will be an essential part of the team.The Night Porter is instrumental in overseeing the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise.This is a hands-on role managing the guest expectations and working behind the scenes to ensure the Hotel du Vin standards are maintained whilst our guests sleep.

The Role:

Working as part of the Nights team you will ensure the meeting rooms and public areas of the hotel are ready on time, to our standards and greeting our guests with a smile and warm welcome as they pass you on the corridors.

An eye for detail is a must for this role, but all other skills can be trained.

About You:

• You'll have an eye for detail
• You take pride in your work and will enjoy being busy
• This is a physical role, and you'll have to cope with the demands that the role of Night Cleaner will require
• Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role, but we will be happy to speak to you even if you have no experienceat all.

Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial and experience of night shift work is essential.We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.Successful candidates for this role can look to progress through to Night Supervisory or Assistant Night Management roles.
