City & County Healthcare Group’s Complete Care Amegreen is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a young client at home who lives with their mum and dad. The client has epilepsy and may experience seizures, so a calm, proactive approach is essential in providing high-quality, person-centred care within a family setting.

You’ll join a team that values patience, clear communication and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• No complex care experience required; full training provided.
• Full training and ongoing clinical support to develop key care skills.
• Experience managing seizures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care within a family setting.
• Support a young client with epilepsy and seizures, under supervision.
• Develop skills in tracheostomy, ventilation, and stoma care.

What you’ll do

We are seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant with experience working with children to support a young client who lives at home with their mum and dad. The client has epilepsy and experiences seizures, so experience in managing these conditions is desirable. This role requires patience, understanding and excellent communication skills to provide high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive family environment.

You’ll receive full training and ongoing clinical support to develop in key areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care - and much more.
