You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes for overnight operation and ensure impeccable presentation, taste and quality. You’ll work independently during night hours, maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a quality hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility during night hours.
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Organised, reliable and calm under pressure.
• Pride in the quality and presentation of food.
• Positive, flexible approach and team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for overnight operation.
• Deliver consistently excellent presentation, taste and quality.
• Ensure guest orders are prepared efficiently and to exacting standards.
• Complete food prep for the following day’s operation as required.
• Maintain high food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Manage your section confidently during quieter periods.
• Work with Night and Food & Beverage teams for a seamless guest experience.
• Minimise waste and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
