Job summary

Constellation Careers is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie for Iron Mountain, Rugby, with night hours from 8:30pm to 4:00am. The role is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering immediate start and consistent night shifts in a professional kitchen.

You will work alongside a General Assistant to manage up to 80 evening meals and 80 breakfasts, while maintaining strict food hygiene and supporting kitchen operations after induction. Compensation is £20.36 per hour.

We're looking to split the rota between two Chef de Parties, offering flexibility across the week.

Pay Rate:

£20.36 per hour

• One day shift for your induction and to be shown the kitchen, site, and procedures
• Immediate starts available following a successful induction

What We're Looking For

You’ll need:

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie (essential)
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• A positive, reliable approach and excellent time management
• Must be 18+
• Own safety shoes and chef knives
