Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a reliable Chef de Partie for a permanent night shift. This role offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekend shifts and a hourly rate of £16.00. Hours are 6:00pm to 2:00am, creating a consistent evening routine in a busy kitchen.

You will maintain high food standards, handle till payments, and ensure hygiene and cleanliness throughout your shift, often alongside one teammate.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen, catering or hospitality is an advantage.
• Great attitude and willingness to learn are important.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reheating food to a high standard.
• Serving customers promptly and professionally.
• Operating the till and handling payments.
• Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and organised.

• Washing up and keeping on top of cleaning throughout the shift.
• Restocking work areas and completing kitchen close-down duties.

What's on offer?

• £16.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday – no regular weekend shifts!

What will you be doing?

You'll play an important part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly throughout the evening, including:

• Preparing and reheating food to a high standard.

• Serving customers promptly and professionally.

• Operating the till and handling payments.

• Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and organised.

• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.

• Washing up and keeping on top of cleaning throughout the shift.

• Working as part of a team to deliver an efficient service.

You'll generally work alongside another team member, giving you support throughout the shift. Occasionally, you may need to use your own initiative and work independently, so confidence and reliability are essential.
