Responsible for night supervision, preparation, and service of food, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times according to hotel requirements. To ensure strict hygiene controls are maintained in all kitchen areas when under supervision. To oversee the smooth operation of the food service, including maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen facilities.
