Firmdale Hotels is seeking a Night Chef for the Ham Yard Hotel in London. You will maintain culinary excellence during the night shift, following established recipes and standards while keeping a clean, efficient kitchen and ensuring food safety.

Prior high-end hotel or restaurant experience is preferred, with strong attention to detail and teamwork. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £17.50 plus service charge, four days on and four days off, and access to wellbeing perks and staff

Qualificações
