THE ORDERS OF ST JOHN CARE TRUST, at The Lakes in South Cerney, Gloucestershire, is seeking a Night Carer to join the care home team. You will support residents with daily routines and personal care during night shifts, ensuring comfort, dignity and safety throughout the night.

We offer a 36-hour week at £14.76 per hour, with benefits including a workplace pension, free uniform, DBS, car parking and ongoing induction and development.

Competenze

• Experience in care or willingness to learn and develop in a caring role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with residents.

Mansioni

Night Carer

Night Care Assistant

Location: South Cerney, Gloucestershire

Pay rate: £14.76 Per Hour

Contracted Hours: 36 Hours Per Week

The Lakes is a 64 bed Care Home situated in South Cerney, Cirencester. The home offers Day, Respite, Residential and Dementia care in a comfortable, homely setting. We’re rated 9.8 Carehome.co.uk and Good by the Care Quality Commission.

We are looking for you to work as a care assistant making a real difference to our residents lives every day. Along with supporting daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use) we are looking for the right people to genuinely care for our residents and create a happy fulfilled life for them. Some days may be challenging but you will laugh, have fun and make lasting memories. You’ll become part of our extended family too, bringing kindness, exceptional care and dignity to our care homes.

We are looking for both experienced carers and those that are new to care to build our teams with diverse people who can bring all sorts of life experience to the job. We provide induction training and support, with ongoing development opportunities for you to really build a career with us. You will be a great communicator and able to build relationships and positive working and living environments. We’d love you to love your job.
