Job summary

ICare Group in Bromborough is seeking a Waking Night Carer to provide overnight support, promoting independence and wellbeing for residents at Mendell Court Assisted Living.

You will help with personal care, bedtime and morning routines, medication support per care plans, and welfare checks while keeping a safe, clean environment.

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential; full training is provided and there are opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate approach to supporting others.
• Willingness to learn and train for care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide reassurance and overnight support for residents.
• Assist with personal care in a dignified, respectful manner.
• Support bedtime and morning routines per care plans.
• Assist with medications in line with training and care plans.
• Conduct welfare and safety checks during the night.
• Maintain accurate records and handovers for day staff.
