Job summary

Belong Crewe is recruiting a Night Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care to older people during the night, including those living with dementia. You will support with personal care, mobility, reassurance and companionship, helping residents feel safe, valued and independent throughout the night.

This role offers £13.45 per hour, with both full-time and part-time permanent contracts available.

Qualifications

• Experience in elderly care or similar health and social care setting.
• Care Certificate or NVQ Health & Social Care or equivalent required.
• Kind, dependable and committed to high-quality person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, support mobility and assist with night-time needs.
• Offer reassurance and companionship to residents.
• Promote independence, dignity and safe, calm environment during night shifts.
• Communicate effectively with families and colleagues, and work with the wider team.
