Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Night Care Team Leader for Bluegrove House Care Home in Bermondsey, London. You will lead the night care team, ensuring compassionate care, supporting residents with daily living, and coordinating with families and healthcare professionals to maintain a safe, respectful home environment.

With a minimum of 2 years’ experience in social care and QCF Level 2 or higher, you’ll manage night shifts from 20:00 to 08:15, including alternate weekends, and help plan

Qualifications

Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
At least 2 years’ experience in social care
QCF Level 2 (or above)
24 hour contract (Including alternate weekends)
Night shifts 20:00 - 08:15

Responsibilities

Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
Support residents with personal care and daily living
Encourage independence and wellbeing
Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management
