Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Senior Night Care Assistant for a care home in the UK. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, ensuring safe, dignified care during night shifts.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
• Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
