Job summary
Barchester Care Home is seeking a Senior Night Care Assistant to lead a team and ensure high quality, person-centred care for residents at night. You will supervise Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and support clinical tasks such as medication administration, assessments and care plan reviews.
The role requires empathy, reliability and a commitment to safeguarding residents' dignity and comfort.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
- Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly preferred.
- Commitment to person-centred care and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants with Deputy GM.
- Support clinical team in areas like medication, assessments, care plans.
- Deliver warm, welcoming, vibrant environment for residents.
