Priory Group seeks a dedicated Night Support Worker to join Eastrop House in Basingstoke. The role focuses on compassionate, person-centred care for residents with a range of needs, supporting daily living tasks and activities in a residential setting.

You will work as part of a team, under qualified staff, helping ensure wellbeing, dignity and recovery through individualized care plans and routine tasks. A vehicle is recommended for commuting to the service.

Qualifikationen

• Communication and personal interaction are key features and may involve supporting people who use challenging behaviour; contribute to team approaches.
• Provide the highest standard of person-centred support while maintaining dignity and independence within policy and quality standards.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living tasks; support participation in activities to achieve outcomes.
• Complete daily administration including updating care plans, charts and notes.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, families, colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Adhere to policies to support safety, confidentiality and quality standards.
