Job summary

Care South in Bournemouth is seeking a Night Care & Support Assistant for Castle Dene Residential Home. The role involves supporting residents during night hours, delivering person-centred care, and helping residents feel safe and valued. You don't need prior care experience; empathy and willingness to learn are key.

Hours are 19:00–07:00 with full and part-time options, including alternate weekends. Induction and training are provided.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience is required; customer service or community support experience is valuable.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to learn and provide compassionate, person-centred care.

• Provide night-time care and support to residents at Castle Dene.
• Assist with personal care, mobility and daily activities to help residents stay independent.

Location: Castle Dene Residential Home, Bournemouth ( BH8 0DB)

Pay: £13.05 – £13.30 per hour

Hours: Full & Part Time

Shift Pattern: 19:00 – 07:00 (including alternate weekends)
