Care South in Bournemouth is seeking a Night Care & Support Assistant for Castle Dene Residential Home. The role involves supporting residents during night hours, delivering person-centred care, and helping residents feel safe and valued. Hours are 19:00–07:00 with full and part-time options, including alternate weekends. Induction and training are provided.
