Job summary

Signature Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Care Supervisor for our luxury care and nursing home in Reigate. Lead a small team of care assistants, organise the team and drive development through regular supervisions and reviews.

You will monitor residents’ care plans, ensure daily progress is recorded, and step in to perform care duties or lead in emergencies with a calm and proactive approach.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care preferred or required.
• Medication administration qualification is a big advantage.
• Experience in care settings with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a small team of care assistants.
• Monitor and review residents’ care plans and ensure adherence by the team.
• Perform care assistant duties when required and respond to emergencies.
