Crystal Care Collection Limited is seeking a dedicated Night Care Manager to lead the night care team, delivering outstanding person-centred care and maintaining the highest safety and comfort for residents.

You will work closely with the General Manager to foster a positive night-time culture, mentor staff, ensure medication administration and accurate records, and uphold regulatory standards to keep residents safe and well during night shifts.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience as Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader in residential/nursing care.
• Confident in leading a team and making independent night-shift decisions.
• Experience administering medication and maintaining care records.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• Capable of coaching, mentoring and developing colleagues.
• Calm, professional handling of emergencies.
• Committed to high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safe, effective night-time operation, acting as in-charge outside office hours.
• Lead, coach and support the night care team delivering person-centred care.
• Deliver and oversee personal care per care plans, promoting dignity and independence.
• Act as Key Worker for allocated residents and update care plans accordingly.
• Safely administer, order and record medication per policies.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and maintain accurate care records.
• Liaise with health professionals, emergency services and on-call management.
• Provide supervision to Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants.
• Support induction and development of new staff.
• Complete audits, quality checks and other management duties.
• Support residents' emotional and social wellbeing and encourage engagement.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Provide hands-on care when required and undertake other duties as directed.
