Job summary

Crystal Care Collection is seeking a Night Care Team Leader to supervise the night team, ensure safe, compassionate care, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will lead the night shift, support care staff, and coordinate with the General Manager to deliver high-quality resident care through the night.

The role requires NVQ Level 3, leadership experience, and strong communication skills, with a permanent three-night-on, three-night-off pattern and a 8pm–8am shift.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is required.
• Experience leading a night care team or supervisory role.
• Experience administering medication and maintaining records.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the home at night, acting as lead for the night shift.
• Coach and support the night care team to deliver person-centred care.
• Administer and monitor medication according to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate care records and liaise with health professionals as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of resident wellbeing.
