Job summary

The Trust is seeking a Night Care Leader to supervise a small care team at The Cedars care home in Purton, Swindon. You will oversee night-time safety, care plan reviews and accurate record-keeping to ensure high standards of resident wellbeing.

Offering a 36.75 hour week with a 7:45pm–8:00am shift pattern, the role rewards leadership with training opportunities and a supportive, welcoming environment within a long-standing not-for-profit provider.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or NVQ Level 2 with willingness to study for NVQ Level 3.
• Experience leading a care team.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training to support career development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of carers and maintain wakeful watch on residents' safety and wellbeing.
• Ensure care plans are reviewed and records kept accurately.
• Manage time and duties to support residents and team during night shifts.
