Job summary

Pilgrims' Friend Society is recruiting two Night Care Assistants for Koinonia Christian Care Home in Worthing. One role includes Night Care Lead responsibilities, offering a chance to develop leadership skills within care. Shifts run 19:45–08:00 with varying hours. Lead role pays £16.57 per hour; standard night care roles are £13.75 per hour. We value empathy, reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Two Night Care Assistants to join the dedicated team at Koinonia Christian Care Home.
• One position includes Night Care Lead responsibilities to develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night shift and manage the home in the absence of the manager.
• Supervise allocated night staff, mentor and support them in their roles.
• Coordinate with GPs, district nurses and other professionals per policy to manage incidents.
