Job summary

Pilgrims’ Friend Society is recruiting two Night Care Assistants for Koinonia Christian Care Home in Worthing. You will join a warm team delivering respectful care to residents, including those with dementia, during night hours.

The roles require care experience, empathy and reliability; one position includes Night Care Lead responsibilities to develop leadership skills. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of carers and manage the home in the absence of the manager
• Complete supervisions for the allocated night staff, mentoring and supporting them in their roles
• Take charge when contact is made with the out of hours GP, district nurses, fire brigade or other professionals, and work with them per policies to manage incidents
