Job summary

Draycott Nursing & Care, in partnership with Auriens Chelsea, seeks a compassionate Care Support Professional to provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents in their private apartments and support overnight operations.

Based onsite at Auriens Chelsea, you will welcome residents, maintain a professional presence, undertake scheduled visits, respond to urgent requests, and collaborate with healthcare colleagues to ensure safe, comfortable, and independent living.

Qualifications

• Care Certificate required.
• Moving & Handling training expected.
• Basic Life Support knowledge or certification.
• First Aid awareness required.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled care visits to residents in their apartment.
• Respond to resident requests for support across the building.
• Assist residents with personal care, mobility and daily tasks.
• Monitor resident wellbeing and report concerns.
• Maintain accurate care records and follow policies.
• Respond to urgent situations such as falls or medical incidents.
