Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Protect residents' dignity, independence and respect.
• Recognise risks such as falls, weight loss, pressure sores or infection and escalate promptly.
• Escalate identified risks to residents and care team in a timely manner.
• Be courteous towards residents and visitors; contribute to continuity of care.
