Avery Healthcare Group in Hinckley is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Care Assistant Nights to join our award-winning team at Hinckley House Care Home. You will deliver high standards of personal care, and support residents as part of a caring, professional team.

Full induction and training are provided; DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK are required. No prior experience needed—your empathy and commitment will help residents live well.

Qualifications

• Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards the residents and other people in the home.
• Be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
• Be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
• Assist residents in personal hygiene care, ensuring dignity and independence at all times.
• Recognise clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and escalate as needed.
• Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting dignity and individuality.
