Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to keep services continuous for residents.
• Assist residents with all personal hygiene care, promoting independence and dignity.
• Recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls and signs of infection, and escalate them promptly.
• Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality.
• Practise safe systems of work across the full range of tasks.
