Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care that protects residents' independence, dignity and respect.
• Assist residents with all personal hygiene care.
• Recognise clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls and signs of infection, and escalate when needed.
• Act courteously towards residents and their visitors.
• Follow safe systems of work across all tasks.
• Contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
