Job summary

CRC Residential Care is seeking a Night Support Worker to provide personal care, basic health care and practical support to residents in a care setting, enabling independence.

You will work under the Registered Manager, follow pre-set procedures, ensure safety, confidentiality, and support with activities of daily living and medication under policy. This role requires flexibility and a patient, compassionate approach to residents who may have dementia or other needs.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to obtain
• First Aid training to an appropriate level
• Commitment to ongoing personal development and training

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and basic nursing care following care plan
• Assist with medication under policy and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate written records
• Promote independence and social engagement for residents
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and COSHH compliance in the home
