Job summary

Shaw healthcare is seeking a Night Support Worker for Glebe House in Southbourne. The role offers 33 hours nights or 36 hours days per week at £13.80 per hour, with 12-hour shifts and a rotating weekend schedule. No prior experience is required; full training and ongoing development are provided.

You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care, support with daily living activities, and maintain detailed records while promoting dignity and a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team to deliver person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
• Assist with bathing, dressing and daily hygiene needs.
• Maintain accurate care documentation including intake and incidents.
• Promote dignity, choice and inclusion for residents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support day-to-day duties.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming and caring environment.
