Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a Night Care Assistant for Castle View in Dorchester, a luxury care home. The role is 36 hours per week on night shifts, with alternate weekends, and pay rates from £13.84 to £16.16 per hour. The role includes paid breaks and a complimentary meal of choice.

You’ll join a team supported by our Nursing staff 24 hours a day, with opportunities for career progression and ongoing training from day one.

Qualifications

• Compassion is essential and you’ll be hands-on with residents.
• You’ll be organised, hard-working, resilient, with good observation skills, attention to detail.
• No experience required; comprehensive induction and ongoing training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents during night shifts under the guidance of the Nursing team.
• Support residents with daily living needs and monitoring of wellbeing.
• Maintain a safe, clean and respectful environment for all residents.
