HC-One Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for night shifts (44h per week) in our care homes. You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing, including personal care and daily activities.

You will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care, safeguarding residents, and contributing to a warm, dignified environment where every resident’s individuality is respected.

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Assist with daily activities in the home.
• Follow guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Uphold safeguarding and report concerns as required.
