Job summary

Care Concern Group operates Westerton Care Home, delivering residential, dementia, nursing and respite care for residents. The Care Assistant role focuses on person-centred support, daily living tasks and contributing to residents' dignity and wellbeing.

The post welcomes both experienced carers and newcomers, with full training and ongoing development. It is an on-site position in Bearsden, Scotland, with a 44-hour week and benefits such as PVG pension and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Contribute to safe, consistent care as part of a supportive team.
• Help create a warm, positive environment where residents feel cared for.
