Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and support the care team to ensure continuity of services
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, preserving independence, dignity and respect
• Recognise clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, infection signs
• Escalate identified risks promptly
• Treat residents and visitors with courtesy and respect
• Follow safe systems of work across tasks
• Carry out reasonable instructions from team members efficiently
• Cover a range of responsibilities at short notice
