Job summary
CCH Group is seeking a dedicated Complex Care professional to join our Advantage Healthcare London team in Epsom for night-shift support. You will care for a child with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy, ventilation, and PEG feeding, with supervision and ongoing training.
Role requires a driver with access to own vehicle due to location. Full induction and career development opportunities are provided.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a complex care setting.
- Experience in moving and handling.
- Experience in tracheostomy and PEG feeding care.
- Experience of looking after a ventilated child.
- Experience with suctioning.
- Experience with Makaton or alternative communication methods.
- Driver with access to own vehicle due to location.
Responsibilities
- Join a dedicated care team supporting a delightful and sociable child to reach his full potential.
- Provide specialist care for a child with complex medical needs, supporting daily living, light domestic tasks, and social activities.
- Care includes tracheostomy care, ventilation support, PEG feeding, and specialist moving and handling.
- Receive full support from Advantage Healthcare London branch with supervision and clinical support.
