Job summary

City & County Healthcare Group, Advantage Healthcare part of CCH, seeks a dedicated care worker to join our Complex Care team in Epsom. You will provide specialist care for a child with complex medical needs, supporting daily living, light domestic tasks, and a range of social activities.

You will work Friday and Saturday nights, 9 pm–6 am, with full training and ongoing clinical support from a registered nurse. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care settings.
• Moving and handling expertise.
• Tracheostomy and PEG feeding experience.
• Ventilation support for a child.
• Suctioning capability.
• Makaton or alternative communication methods.

Responsibilities

• Join a dedicated care team to support a child to reach their full potential.
• Provide specialist care including daily living tasks and social activities.
• Deliver tracheostomy care, PEG feeding and ventilation support per care plan.
• Receive supervision and clinical support from a registered nurse.
