HC-One is seeking a Care Assistant for night shifts at our Castleford-based homes. You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing, including personal care and daily activities.

The role focuses on compassionate, person-centered care, safeguarding, and maintaining residents’ dignity and independence while contributing to a supportive team and high-quality care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Help with daily activities in the home.
• Deliver care that comes from the heart and respect residents' individuality.
