HC-One is seeking a Night Manager for a full-time role at our Castleford home. You’ll lead the night shift, ensuring safe, compassionate care for residents and stepping in when the Home Manager is unavailable.

You’ll bring proven leadership in a care home for adults, promote dignity and well-being, and uphold safeguarding standards while supporting colleagues with a positive, kind approach.

• Proven leadership experience in a care home for vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a section of the home and run the home when the Home Manager is absent.
• Provide high-quality care ensuring residents' dignity and well-being.
• Demonstrate proven leadership in a care home for vulnerable adults.
• Uphold safeguarding and attend required safeguarding training.
• Foster kindness and positive energy in interactions with residents and staff.
