Job summary

Oakland Care Ltd in Tonbridge is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team and provide compassionate care to residents while others sleep. You will support mobility, comfort and safety during night hours, and work as part of a supportive, caring team.

Full training is provided if you are not already qualified, and benefits include a free meal per shift, uniform, enhanced holiday leave and extra time off for long service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but training will be provided.
• Must be compassionate, caring and a true team player.
• Reliable and dedicated with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care and support to residents throughout the night.
• Assist with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
• Carry out regular checks and respond to night-time requirements.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a calm, reassuring environment for residents.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and meals.
