Oakland Care in Eastbourne is seeking a compassionate Night Care Assistant to provide dedicated care for residents during night hours. You will assist with personal care activities, mobility, safety checks and meal support, while maintaining dignity and comfort in a calm, home-like environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability and a genuine willingness to help residents feel safe and valued through every night shift. Full-time, 40.25 hours per week, £13.20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker helpful but not required.
