Oakland Care is seeking a compassionate Night Care Assistant to support residents during night shifts at Hyllden Heights, Tonbridge. You will help with personal care, mobility, comfort, and safety, ensuring a calm environment and accurate night records.

Full training is provided; prior Healthcare Assistant experience is helpful but not required. Join our team and contribute to high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive setting.
