Healthcare Homes is seeking a compassionate care assistant to join Mill Lane care home in Suffolk. The role involves night shifts (8pm–8am), 36 hours per week, including every other weekend, and a supportive team focused on high-quality resident care.

You will assist with personal care, provide companionship, and help keep reliable resident records. An excellent induction and ongoing training are provided to develop your skills and career within our well-regarded group.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; thorough induction and training provided.
• Must be willing to work nights and on weekends on a rotation basis.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing).
• Provide companionship and social interaction to residents.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
