Job summary

Sanders Senior Living is seeking a Night Care Assistant for 7pm–7am shifts, including every other weekend. The role focuses on promoting independence and providing compassionate, person-centred care to residents in a luxury care home environment.

No prior experience is required, and candidates with empathy and a warm approach are encouraged to apply. The team values meaningful activities and strong communication to support residents’ wellbeing.

Qualifications

• We do not require our Care Assistants to have experience although it is beneficial.
• Successful Care Assistants will have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
