Job summary

Prime Life is seeking Care Assistants for a fixed-term role at St Michaels Care Centre in Waddington, Lincolnshire. The team supports residents with age-related conditions and dementia, providing dignified, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Patience and respectful approach to individuals with varying needs.
• Willingness to learn and train for responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and choosing an outfit for the day.
• Support residents to dine, maintain nutrition and hydration.
• Encourage safe mobility with mobility aids and equipment.
• Provide friendship, companionship and accompany residents on social outings or appointments.
• Maintain accurate written records and documentation.
