Kings Park Care Home in Ashton-under-Lyne is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to support residents with personal care, mobility and daily wellbeing during night shifts.

You will follow care plans, monitor changes in condition and work as part of a friendly team to deliver dignified, person-centred care.

Full training, ongoing development and opportunities for progression are provided, with DBS and uniform paid as part of your package.

Formación

• A caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A reliable and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• SVQ/NVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide night care including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to ensure safe, responsive care.
• Work as part of a supportive team to create a warm, positive environment for residents.
• Help residents feel comfortable, respected and valued during night shifts.
